Play and pause icons now visible on track waveforms
We've fixed an issue in Inbox where the play and pause icons would disappear or become invisible when displayed over dark waveform overlays. The icons now render correctly with the right color at all times, making it clear when a track is playing or paused.
Play button now visible on dark overlays in Inbox
We've fixed an issue where the Play button would disappear or become invisible when displayed over dark backgrounds in Inbox. The button now renders correctly at all times, so you can always see and access playback controls. No more hunting for a hidden play icon when previewing tracks.
Songstats connection no longer causes repeated loading on the Inbox settings page
We fixed an issue where the Songstats connection on your Inbox settings page would repeatedly reload in a loop, making the page feel slow or unresponsive. The connected accounts section now loads once and stays stable. You can check and manage your Songstats connection without any unexpected refresh behaviour.
Connected accounts settings no longer lose your unsaved changes
We've fixed an issue in Inbox where typing in one connected accounts field and then saving a different field would cause your unsaved input to be wiped out. Your changes in each field are now preserved independently while you work through your settings. You can update your connected accounts at your own pace without worrying about losing what you have typed.
Image upload working reliably again in Inbox
We've fixed an issue in Inbox where the image upload component was not responding correctly to clicks and file selection. You can now attach and upload images without running into unresponsive or broken behaviour. Everything works as expected again.
Add custom profile links to your Inbox (Beatport, Tidal, and more)
You can now add custom links to your Inbox profile, including music platforms like Beatport and Tidal as well as any other URLs you want to share. These links appear on your public profile so that anyone viewing your Inbox can quickly find your music across the web. Head to your Inbox profile settings to add and manage your links.
In-app notification center with real-time badge
We've added a new notification system to Studio Web, including a bell icon in the header that displays a real-time badge for unread notifications. Clicking the bell opens a slide-out panel where you can view and manage your notifications.
New Downloadable Apps and Mobile Website
We've redesigned the download page with a modern, dark theme and added a new mobile-focused landing page. Users can now download Trackstack for desktop, mobile, and web.
New audio and video voice messages in posts and comments
You can now record and send audio and video voice messages in post and thread comments, as well as attach them to new posts. This allows you to more expressively engage with your community.
Migrating video hosting from Bunny to Mux
We've created new scripts to migrate all video content from the Bunny CDN to the Mux video platform. This will provide more reliable and higher-quality video playback for users.
Improved display of short durations
We've fixed an issue where short durations (less than 1 minute) were displayed as 'undefined' instead of showing the correct time. This should now display correctly across the application.
New Search Feature in Classic Studio Layout
We've added a new search feature to the Classic Studio Layout, making it easier for you to find the content and resources you need within your studio.
New AI-powered search experience
We've launched a new AI-powered search feature that allows you to search across all content in your studio, including posts, videos, events, members, and more. The search results are enriched with relevant information to help you find what you're looking for quickly.
Improved handling of contact country values
This update addresses an issue where some older contact records may store the full country name instead of the ISO 2-letter country code. This could cause errors when displaying the country flag and name. The update ensures that both country names and ISO codes are handled safely, providing a consistent experience for users.
Improved Studio Search Functionality
The studio search feature has been significantly improved, with a new search engine and more advanced indexing and querying capabilities. Users can now search for studio content, events, and members more effectively.
Improved project sharing experience
We've fixed an issue where shared project pages would not display any tracks, and made it so sharing settings changes are reflected immediately when reloading the shared URL.
Improved reliability for large audio uploads
We've made changes to the audio upload process to improve reliability for large audio files. This should help prevent failed uploads and ensure your files are processed successfully.
Fix for unable to delete tracks during upload processing
We've fixed an issue where users were unable to delete tracks while the upload was still being processed. This should make the upload experience more seamless and reliable.
New event creation workflow, online presence, and DM improvements
This update brings a new event creation workflow, including the ability to draft and publish events. It also adds online presence indicators in the DM sidebar and member profile, and improves the DM experience by automatically marking conversations as read and expanding unread sections.
Improved list deletion experience
We've removed the duplicate native confirmation dialog when deleting a list, providing a smoother and more consistent user experience.
Fallback to default artwork for broken track images
We've fixed an issue where the 'Add Tracks' feature would not display a default image if the track's artwork image was broken or unavailable. Users will now see a default placeholder image in these cases.
Improved Video Uploading and Transcription
We've made improvements to the video upload and transcription process, making it more reliable and providing better visibility into the status of your video uploads.
Improved track upload experience in Inbox Web app
We've fixed an issue where the app would not correctly update the list of tracks after adding new ones to a project. This should make the track upload process more reliable and seamless.
Refresh animation shown when Declined tab is updated
We've fixed an issue where the refresh animation was not being shown when the Declined tab was updated. This will provide a better visual cue for users when the Declined tab is being refreshed.
Fixed broken track artwork images with fallback handling
We've improved the handling of track artwork images to ensure they always load correctly, even if the primary image URL is broken. Users will now see a fallback image when the original artwork is unavailable.
Public Inbox URL Hidden for Free Users
We've made a change to hide the public inbox URL for users on the free plan. This ensures that free users cannot share their inbox publicly.
Submission balance display and count improvements
We've fixed issues with the submission balance display and count in the account menu. Users will now see accurate counts of their remaining monthly submissions and a clearer visual representation of their submission balance.
Workspace switcher popover now displays above the sidebar
We've fixed an issue where the workspace switcher popover was appearing behind the sidebar, making it difficult to use. The popover now appears above the sidebar, ensuring it is easily visible and accessible to users.
Studio Settings Cleanup and Improvements
We've cleaned up and reorganized the studio settings page, making it easier to find and manage your studio's appearance, language, and other key settings.
Improved submission limits, now based on workspace plan
We've updated how submission limits are enforced, moving from per-inbox limits to a workspace-level limit based on your plan. This ensures a more consistent and reliable experience across your entire workspace.
Refinements to the post comments section
We've made several improvements to the post comments section, including better HTML rendering, role badges for authors, shorter relative timestamps, and a redesigned comment composer and reply flow.
Comprehensive evolution of the Studio post channels experience
This update brings a number of enhancements to the Studio post channels experience, including a new rail layout with compact post previews, topic filtering, a rich post composer, and more context menu options for admins.
Improved composer page with advanced suggestions and genre quick filtering
The composer page has been updated with new discovery features, including smart suggestions based on your sent messages and the ability to quickly filter tracks by genre.
Improved decline feedback form with templates and custom views
The decline feedback form in the Submission Track drawer has been redesigned to provide a clearer user experience. Users can now choose between selecting a pre-written template or composing custom feedback, with improved search and filtering capabilities for templates.
Improved link-in-bio module validation
We've improved the validation for link-in-bio modules to prevent incomplete data from being saved. This ensures that all required fields are filled out before the module can be saved.
Improved Discover and Notifications experience
This update improves the Discover page by making search, sort, and filter settings persistent across navigation, and moves notification type filtering to the server-side to provide faster loading and better performance.
Inline post composer for Studio
You can now create and publish posts directly from the feed page without navigating to the full post editor. This makes it faster and more convenient to share updates with your members.
Reset feedback credits on billing period renewal
Studio members will now have their feedback credits automatically reset at the start of each new billing period, ensuring they have the expected number of credits available.
New navigation options in the side menu
This update adds the Landing Page, Onboarding, and Subscriptions sections to the side navigation menu, making it easier for users to access these important areas of the studio.
Stack names no longer linked in activity feed for senders
When viewing the activity feed, senders will now see the stack name they moved a track to, without it being a clickable link. This change improves the experience for senders by removing the unnecessary link.
Support for promo tracks in Inbox
You can now support promo tracks that appear in your Inbox. This allows you to easily engage with and support the artists you're interested in.
Subscription limits now based on billing period, not calendar month
We've changed how submission limits are calculated for workspace subscriptions. Limits are now based on the actual billing period (e.g. March 10 - April 10) instead of the calendar month (March 1 - March 31). This ensures users who activate mid-month are not penalized for submissions made before their subscription started.
Navigation and Messaging Improvements
This update brings several improvements to the studio channel navigation and messaging experience, including new context menus, unread indicators, and collapsible sidebar sections.
Improved navigation when creating a new project
We've fixed an issue where the wrong route path was used when navigating to a newly created project. Users can now reliably access their new projects after creating them.
Partial track selection allowed when downgrading plans
Users can now continue with a downgrade even if they have selected fewer tracks than the new plan's limit. Previously, the downgrade would be blocked if the number of selected tracks did not match the new plan's limit exactly.
Improved link in bio analytics and embed experience
We've made improvements to the link in bio analytics tracking and the way embedded content is handled. This will provide more reliable data on how your audience interacts with your link in bio, and ensure a smooth experience when sharing rich content like music, videos, and more.
Fixes invisible text in billing downgrade and cancellation modals
This update fixes an issue where text in the billing downgrade and cancellation modals was invisible due to incorrect styling. Users can now clearly see the content in these modals.
Improved Songstats search experience
We've fixed an issue where the Songstats search input in the inbox settings would not clear properly, making it difficult to search for new Songstats connections.

Admins and lifetime plan users can now manage billing
We've added the ability for workspace administrators and lifetime plan users to manage their billing settings, such as updating payment information or canceling their subscription.
