Music platform icons, multi-country filtering, and several Inbox fixes
We've updated Inbox with a set of fixes and improvements across several areas. Music platform links in your profile now display official brand icons for services like Apple Music, Beatport, Tidal, Traxsource, and more. You can also now select multiple countries at once when filtering in Discover, and Instagram and Spotify icons show correctly in inbox row badges.
Cancellation emails now correctly identify the cancelling member
We fixed a bug where studio subscription cancellation emails could show the wrong member's name and email address. Studio owners now receive accurate notifications that correctly identify who cancelled the subscription. This ensures your team's communication around subscription changes is reliable and trustworthy.
Course admin editing now lives inside the same view members see
You can now build and manage your course curriculum directly inside the learner view, with no separate builder or preview toggle to switch between. Inline controls let you add, rename, reorder, and delete sections and lessons right where your students will see them. Videos recorded inside the lesson editor also now appear correctly in the lesson preview.
Smarter bulk selection and redesigned Lists dropdown in Inbox
You can now type a number directly into the bulk selection bar to instantly select the first N inboxes in your filtered results, instead of manually clicking through them one by one. Selecting inboxes in bulk is also easier now since you can click or drag anywhere on a card, not just the checkbox. The Lists dropdown has been redesigned so existing lists appear first and creating a new list happens inline without any extra dialogs, and removing an inbox from a list inside a list page is now handled cleanly through a single options menu.
Inbox header stays solid when scrolling in light mode
We fixed an issue in Inbox where the header would become transparent when scrolling in light mode, making it hard to read. The track list that was not displaying correctly is also now visible as expected. Everything should look clean and consistent as you browse your submissions.
Tighter layout between track list and pagination in Inbox
We've fixed an unwanted gap that appeared between the track list and the pagination controls on the project detail page. The list and pagination now sit closer together as intended, giving the page a cleaner, more compact look. No functionality has changed, just a tidier layout.
Inbox sending and insights display fixes
We've fixed a few small issues in Inbox to make sending tracks and reviewing insights more reliable. The Send Tracks button is now disabled while a file is still uploading, preventing accidental submissions before your track is ready. Popovers on the Sent Insights page and the Momentum badge are also easier to read thanks to improved contrast.
Inbox polish: faster Songstats sync, safer track sending, and cleaner layouts
We've fixed several small issues across Inbox to make everyday tasks smoother. Your connected Songstats artist now appears on your sender profile straight away without needing a page refresh. We also prevented accidental duplicate submissions by disabling the Send Tracks button while a file is still uploading, and tidied up a handful of layout and contrast issues throughout the app.
Inbox polish: scrollbar fix, upload safeguards, and display improvements
We've fixed several small but noticeable issues across Inbox. The Send Tracks button is now disabled while a track is uploading so you can't accidentally submit an incomplete submission, and the Inbox Match page no longer shows duplicate scrollbars. Long inbox descriptions now wrap correctly, connected Songstats artists appear right away after linking, and the saved track filter works as expected again.

The Send Tracks button in Inbox now stays disabled until all your tracks have finished uploading. This prevents accidentally submitting an incomplete submission before your files are ready. You can still prepare the rest of your message while uploads complete.
Inbox filtering, sending, and display fixes
We've fixed several small issues across Inbox to make things work the way you'd expect. Filtering your saved tracks by multiple types now correctly shows results matching every selection you've made, and the Send Tracks button is now properly disabled while a track is still uploading. We also fixed long inbox descriptions getting cut off, improved contrast on Sent Insights popovers, and your connected Songstats artist now appears straight away after you link your account.
Inbox display and sending fixes
We've fixed several small issues in Inbox to make things work more smoothly. Long inbox descriptions now wrap correctly instead of running off the screen, and the Send Tracks button is now disabled while a track is still uploading so you can't accidentally submit before it's ready. We've also improved the contrast on popovers in the Sent Insights area so they're easier to read.

We've fixed a range of issues across Inbox to make everyday tasks smoother and more reliable. The multiselect filter on your saved tracks now works correctly, the Send Tracks button is disabled while a file is uploading so you can't accidentally submit an incomplete submission, and Songstats artist connections now appear immediately after you link your account. We've also cleaned up visual issues including dark mode rendering across Spotlight, popover contrast on Sent Insights, long inbox descriptions that were getting cut off, and a duplicate scrollbar on the Inbox Match page.
Download a full analytics report for any uploaded track
You can now download a detailed analytics report for any track from the three-dot menu on your uploads page. The report opens as a PDF preview showing an overview of plays, downloads, shortlists, and declines, along with a per-inbox summary and a complete chronological activity history. Use your browser's built-in toolbar to save or print the report.
Composer remembers your last used submission type and sender inbox
When you open the send composer, it now pre-selects the submission type (Demo or Promo) and sender inbox you used last time. Your sender inbox preference is remembered separately for each workspace, so switching workspaces always restores the right inbox. First-time users will still see the default behaviour set by your workflow settings.
Link-in-bio rebuilt with inline editor, per-inbox pages, Songstats, and insights
You can now build and edit your link-in-bio page directly on the canvas with a live phone preview side by side, making it easy to see exactly how your page looks as you make changes. Each inbox gets its own independent link-in-bio page, and a new Bio module lets you add rich formatted text with a floating toolbar and optional glass backdrop on your display name. We've also added a Songstats integration that automatically fills in streaming links for your releases, plus an Insights tab showing views, unique visitors, traffic sources, and a location map.
More reliable and consistent Studio profile updates
We've improved how changes to your Studio profile are saved and tracked behind the scenes. Updates you make now go through a single, unified process, which means edits are applied more consistently and your activity history is recorded accurately. You should notice fewer unexpected behaviors when making changes to your Studio settings.

You can now see a full history of changes made to a Studio profile, including what was changed and when. This activity log is visible across Studio and Inbox so you always have a clear record of edits. Admins also have access to this history for oversight and support.
Studio edit history and subdomain change controls
You can now see a full activity log of changes made to a Studio profile, including who made each edit and when. Subdomain changes are now restricted to the studio owner, preventing unauthorised updates. We've also fixed an issue where certain Studio update requests were not being properly authenticated.
Smarter Top Inboxes and Top Tracks filtering in Sent Insights
You can now sort your Top Inboxes and Top Tracks by plays, downloads, supports, shortlists, or conversion rate, and the rankings update instantly to reflect whichever metric you choose. We've added filters for inbox type (Artists, Labels, Curators), label, artist, genre, and time period so you can zero in on exactly the audience segment that matters to you. Each row also shows a full engagement breakdown at a glance, and the filter controls across Sent Insights and Sent Activity now share a consistent look and feel.
Smoother scrolling experience in Inbox
We've improved how scrolling looks and feels throughout Inbox. The scroll behavior is now more consistent and visually polished across different parts of the app. Everything should feel cleaner as you browse your messages and notifications.
Long track names no longer overflow in uploads view
Track names that were too long to fit in their column now truncate cleanly with an ellipsis instead of breaking the layout. This affects both the uploads list and the file upload overlay in Inbox. Everything stays aligned and readable no matter how long your track titles are.
Inbox activity feed, track modal, and link-in-bio fixes
We've fixed a few small issues in Inbox to make things clearer and easier to use. The Sent activity feed now correctly shows who sent a submission when a cancellation occurs, so you always know who took that action. We've also made the inbox header in the submission track modal clickable, and embed module titles now appear above their previews in your link-in-bio page.

We fixed an issue where embed module titles were not showing above the embedded content in your link-in-bio preview. You can now see each embed's title displayed clearly, making it easier to review how your link-in-bio page looks before sharing it. Everything now appears as expected when building and previewing your page.
Navigate back to your inbox from the submission track view
You can now click the inbox header while viewing a submission track to go straight back to your inbox. This makes it faster to move between submissions without needing to use the browser back button. We've made navigation inside the submission track modal feel more intuitive overall.

Custom links in Inbox settings work correctly
We've fixed an issue with custom links in your Inbox settings that could cause them to behave unexpectedly. You can now add, edit, and manage your custom links without running into errors. The dropdown controls in the settings panel also respond more reliably.
Dark mode and settings UI polish for Inbox
We've fixed several small visual issues in Inbox, including display problems that appeared when using dark mode. Settings screens, navigation, and the changelog page now render correctly across both light and dark themes. The theme toggle also behaves more consistently throughout the app.
Create a new stack from a focused modal dialog
Creating a new stack now opens a clean modal dialog instead of taking you to a separate page, so you never lose your place in your inbox. You can set the stack name, choose public or private, and add an optional auto-comment all in one step. The modal works from every entry point including the sidebar, mobile nav, and the stacks index page.
Inbox sidebar navigation restored to full functionality
We've fixed an issue where the Inbox sidebar would fail to load entirely, leaving you unable to navigate between stacks. The sidebar now correctly shows your Insights, Releases, reserved stacks, and custom stacks again. Drag-and-drop reordering of custom stacks and the More section with Declined, Archived, Expired, and New Stack options are all working as expected.

You can now drag and reorder your custom stacks within each inbox using the grip handle that appears when you hover over a stack row. The new order saves instantly and stays in place as you navigate around the app. We also fixed a bug where the Insights link was appearing twice in the sidebar.
Refreshed Inbox Settings design and select-all for notification channels
The Inbox Settings area has been updated with a cleaner, more consistent look that matches the rest of the Inbox design, with tidier navigation, better spacing, and a calmer layout throughout. You can now toggle all notifications for an entire channel at once: checking the In-app or Email column header turns every notification type for that channel on or off in one click. A save indicator also appears in the section header while your changes are being saved.
Drag-and-drop track reordering in Uploads
You can now reorder your uploaded tracks by dragging them into any order you like on the Uploads page. Your custom order is saved automatically and stays in place when you navigate away and come back. Custom Order is now the default sort, and your sort preference is remembered across sessions.
Add artwork button now works reliably in Inbox
You can now click the add artwork button in Inbox and the file picker will open as expected. We also fixed an issue where the button was invisible when using dark mode, so it is now clearly visible regardless of your theme.
Course channels in Studio with structured lessons and drip scheduling
You can now create Course channels in Studio to deliver structured learning experiences to your members, with lessons organized into sections and optional drip scheduling to release content over time. Admins can build a full curriculum using drag-and-drop, set the course mode (self-paced, structured, or scheduled), and publish when ready. Learners get a dedicated enrollment screen, a sectioned lesson list, and a clean lesson player that respects any release rules you have set.
Listen to submitted tracks directly from the Inbox admin panel
You can now play and listen to track submissions without leaving the Inbox management panel. We've added a built-in track player to the pending submissions view so you can audition demos right where you review them. No more switching between tabs or downloading files to evaluate incoming music.
Dark mode toggle removed from platform navigation
We've removed the dark mode toggle from the platform side navigation in Inbox. This tidies up the navigation area and reduces visual clutter, keeping the sidebar focused on the tools you use most.
Discover button now navigates correctly in Inbox search
We fixed an issue in Inbox where the Discover button in search results was not working as expected. The button has also been renamed from Directory to Discover to better reflect where it takes you. Clicking it now reliably navigates you to the right place.
Dark mode display fixes across Inbox
We've fixed a range of dark mode visual issues in Inbox so the interface looks correct no matter your theme preference. Hover states on shortlist and move-to-stack rows now appear properly, and contrast issues on the Discover filter panel, submission activity pages, track insight pages, and other areas have been resolved. You will also no longer see a white flash when the app first loads in dark mode.
Dark mode display fixes across Inbox
We've fixed a range of dark mode display issues in Inbox that caused certain pages and panels to appear with incorrect colors, poor contrast, or a brief white flash on load. Areas affected included the Sent page, Discover filters, Support header, Track Insight Detail page, and several other surfaces. Everything should now look consistent and polished whether you use light or dark mode.
Channel access controls with Open, Private, and Secret visibility
You can now control who sees and joins each channel in your Studio. Channels can be set to Open (visible and joinable by all members), Private (visible to everyone but invite or rule restricted), or Secret (hidden entirely from non-members). When restricting a channel, you can grant access by membership plan, cohort, or specific individuals, and these rules can be combined however you need.
Clearer error message when audio playback is blocked
If your network or browser settings are blocking audio from loading in Inbox, you will now see a clear error message explaining what happened. The message includes an actionable prompt so you know exactly what to do next, rather than being left with a track that silently fails to play. This makes it much easier to diagnose and resolve playback issues on your end.
Broken artwork images now show a default placeholder
We've fixed an issue in Inbox where tracks or releases with missing or broken artwork would display a blank or broken image. You'll now see a clean default placeholder image whenever artwork fails to load. This keeps your Inbox looking consistent no matter what.
Fixed story image download button and dark mode track colors in Inbox
We've fixed an issue in Inbox where the button to download a story image from a submission was not working correctly. We also corrected the track color display in dark mode so everything looks consistent and easy to read. These fixes apply to the sent submissions area of your Inbox.
Message text now visible when sending tracks
We've fixed an issue in Inbox where the message you wrote when sending tracks was not appearing. Your message will now display correctly every time you share tracks with a contact. We also fixed a bug where previously viewed search results could not be clicked again.
Previously viewed inbox rows stay clickable in search results
We fixed a bug where inbox rows you had already opened would become unclickable after performing a search. You can now click on any inbox result, whether you have viewed it before or not. Search and browse your inbox without losing access to previously visited profiles.
New layout options for Studio collections
You can now choose from multiple layout styles when presenting a collection in Studio, including a course layout, a grid view, and a hero grid. We've also added smart tag suggestions to help you organise and label your content faster when building or editing a collection.
Submission balance now shows correctly in account menu
We've fixed an issue where your submission balance was displaying incorrectly in the account dropdown menu. You can now see an accurate count of your remaining submissions at a glance. This ensures the balance shown always reflects your actual available submissions.
Dark mode fixes across Inbox
We've fixed a range of dark mode display issues in Inbox so the interface looks correct no matter which theme you use. Text, inputs, dropdowns, and interactive elements are now fully readable and properly styled in dark mode. Areas like login, track submission, message composition, and artwork generation are all included in this update.
Reliable file downloads in Studio
We've fixed an issue in Studio that could cause file downloads to fail or crash when handling large files. Downloads now complete successfully regardless of file size. You should no longer experience unexpected errors when downloading your projects or assets.
Resource detail pages with plan-aware access messaging in Studio
You can now open any resource directly to view its full details in a dedicated page within Studio. If a resource requires a higher plan, you will see a clear message explaining what is needed to access it. This makes it easier to explore available resources and understand what is included in your current plan.
