Search now works correctly in the Sent view
We've fixed an issue where searching in the Sent section of Inbox had no effect on the results shown. Your search queries will now correctly filter the list of sent submissions. Finding a specific sent track or recipient is straightforward again.

Dark mode fixes across Inbox
We've fixed a range of dark mode display issues throughout Inbox so the interface looks correct whether you use light or dark mode. Elements like the pricing page, mobile navigation, search inputs, sent messages, and onboarding screens now all respond properly to your theme preference. You should no longer see washed-out buttons, unreadable text, or mismatched backgrounds when switching between modes.

Duplicate comments no longer appear when declining a track with feedback
When declining a track and including a written comment, that comment was appearing twice in the activity feed. We've fixed this so your feedback now shows up exactly once, keeping the activity feed clean and easy to read. No other parts of the decline flow have changed.

Redesigned campaign composer with improved bulk sending experience
The campaign composer has been redesigned to match the standard send composer, giving you a consistent layout across all sending modes. When using bulk mode, the selection bar now appears immediately so you can start managing your selections right away. You can also preview and expand the full list of inboxes associated with a campaign list directly in the composer.

Subscription list access restricted to studio owners and admins
We've fixed a security issue where subscription information for a studio could be accessed without being logged in or having the right permissions. Now only verified owners and admins of a studio can view its subscription details. This keeps your studio's billing and membership data visible only to the people who should see it.

Feature flags can now be granted to entire studios
Admins can now enable a feature flag for a whole studio at once, automatically giving access to every member of that studio. You can search for studios, add or remove them from a flag's whitelist, and see how many members each studio has. This makes it much faster to roll out new features to studio teams without having to manage individual users.

Scrolling fixed across Inbox pages
We've fixed an issue in Inbox where multiple scrollbars would appear at the same time on several pages, including Saved, Sent, Insights, Contacts, and Settings. Pages now scroll as a single unified view, so navigating through your content feels smooth and predictable. Lists that were previously cut off at the bottom are also now fully visible.

Music platform icons, multi-country filtering, and several Inbox fixes
We've updated Inbox with a set of fixes and improvements across several areas. Music platform links in your profile now display official brand icons for services like Apple Music, Beatport, Tidal, Traxsource, and more. You can also now select multiple countries at once when filtering in Discover, and Instagram and Spotify icons show correctly in inbox row badges.

We fixed a bug where studio subscription cancellation emails could show the wrong member's name and email address. Studio owners now receive accurate notifications that correctly identify who cancelled the subscription. This ensures your team's communication around subscription changes is reliable and trustworthy.

Course admin editing now lives inside the same view members see
You can now build and manage your course curriculum directly inside the learner view, with no separate builder or preview toggle to switch between. Inline controls let you add, rename, reorder, and delete sections and lessons right where your students will see them. Videos recorded inside the lesson editor also now appear correctly in the lesson preview.

Smarter bulk selection and redesigned Lists dropdown in Inbox
You can now type a number directly into the bulk selection bar to instantly select the first N inboxes in your filtered results, instead of manually clicking through them one by one. Selecting inboxes in bulk is also easier now since you can click or drag anywhere on a card, not just the checkbox. The Lists dropdown has been redesigned so existing lists appear first and creating a new list happens inline without any extra dialogs, and removing an inbox from a list inside a list page is now handled cleanly through a single options menu.

We fixed an issue in Inbox where the header would become transparent when scrolling in light mode, making it hard to read. The track list that was not displaying correctly is also now visible as expected. Everything should look clean and consistent as you browse your submissions.

Tighter layout between track list and pagination in Inbox
We've fixed an unwanted gap that appeared between the track list and the pagination controls on the project detail page. The list and pagination now sit closer together as intended, giving the page a cleaner, more compact look. No functionality has changed, just a tidier layout.

Download a full analytics report for any uploaded track
You can now download a detailed analytics report for any track from the three-dot menu on your uploads page. The report opens as a PDF preview showing an overview of plays, downloads, shortlists, and declines, along with a per-inbox summary and a complete chronological activity history. Use your browser's built-in toolbar to save or print the report.

Composer remembers your last used submission type and sender inbox
When you open the send composer, it now pre-selects the submission type (Demo or Promo) and sender inbox you used last time. Your sender inbox preference is remembered separately for each workspace, so switching workspaces always restores the right inbox. First-time users will still see the default behaviour set by your workflow settings.

Link-in-bio rebuilt with inline editor, per-inbox pages, Songstats, and insights
You can now build and edit your link-in-bio page directly on the canvas with a live phone preview side by side, making it easy to see exactly how your page looks as you make changes. Each inbox gets its own independent link-in-bio page, and a new Bio module lets you add rich formatted text with a floating toolbar and optional glass backdrop on your display name. We've also added a Songstats integration that automatically fills in streaming links for your releases, plus an Insights tab showing views, unique visitors, traffic sources, and a location map.

Smarter Top Inboxes and Top Tracks filtering in Sent Insights
You can now sort your Top Inboxes and Top Tracks by plays, downloads, supports, shortlists, or conversion rate, and the rankings update instantly to reflect whichever metric you choose. We've added filters for inbox type (Artists, Labels, Curators), label, artist, genre, and time period so you can zero in on exactly the audience segment that matters to you. Each row also shows a full engagement breakdown at a glance, and the filter controls across Sent Insights and Sent Activity now share a consistent look and feel.

We've fixed a few small issues in Inbox to make things clearer and easier to use. The Sent activity feed now correctly shows who sent a submission when a cancellation occurs, so you always know who took that action. Create a new stack from a focused modal dialog
Creating a new stack now opens a clean modal dialog instead of taking you to a separate page, so you never lose your place in your inbox. You can set the stack name, choose public or private, and add an optional auto-comment all in one step. The modal works from every entry point including the sidebar, mobile nav, and the stacks index page.

Refreshed Inbox Settings design and select-all for notification channels
The Inbox Settings area has been updated with a cleaner, more consistent look that matches the rest of the Inbox design, with tidier navigation, better spacing, and a calmer layout throughout. You can now toggle all notifications for an entire channel at once: checking the In-app or Email column header turns every notification type for that channel on or off in one click. A save indicator also appears in the section header while your changes are being saved.

Drag-and-drop track reordering in Uploads
You can now reorder your uploaded tracks by dragging them into any order you like on the Uploads page. Your custom order is saved automatically and stays in place when you navigate away and come back. Custom Order is now the default sort, and your sort preference is remembered across sessions.

You can now click the add artwork button in Inbox and the file picker will open as expected. We also fixed an issue where the button was invisible when using dark mode, so it is now clearly visible regardless of your theme.

Course channels in Studio with structured lessons and drip scheduling
You can now create Course channels in Studio to deliver structured learning experiences to your members, with lessons organized into sections and optional drip scheduling to release content over time. Admins can build a full curriculum using drag-and-drop, set the course mode (self-paced, structured, or scheduled), and publish when ready. Learners get a dedicated enrollment screen, a sectioned lesson list, and a clean lesson player that respects any release rules you have set.

Listen to submitted tracks directly from the Inbox admin panel
You can now play and listen to track submissions without leaving the Inbox management panel. We've added a built-in track player to the pending submissions view so you can audition demos right where you review them. No more switching between tabs or downloading files to evaluate incoming music.

Channel access controls with Open, Private, and Secret visibility
You can now control who sees and joins each channel in your Studio. Channels can be set to Open (visible and joinable by all members), Private (visible to everyone but invite or rule restricted), or Secret (hidden entirely from non-members). When restricting a channel, you can grant access by membership plan, cohort, or specific individuals, and these rules can be combined however you need.

Clearer error message when audio playback is blocked
If your network or browser settings are blocking audio from loading in Inbox, you will now see a clear error message explaining what happened. The message includes an actionable prompt so you know exactly what to do next, rather than being left with a track that silently fails to play. This makes it much easier to diagnose and resolve playback issues on your end.

Broken artwork images now show a default placeholder
We've fixed an issue in Inbox where tracks or releases with missing or broken artwork would display a blank or broken image. You'll now see a clean default placeholder image whenever artwork fails to load. This keeps your Inbox looking consistent no matter what.
