Fixed unwanted clipboard notifications when saving sharing settings
We've removed automatic clipboard toast notifications that were appearing when you saved sharing settings in the inbox. Previously, you might see a "link copied to clipboard" message even when you weren't trying to copy anything, which was confusing and unnecessary.

Improved Elevate Navigation for Store Owners

We've resolved an issue that was preventing Pro users from creating their second inbox. The system was incorrectly checking inbox creation permissions, which has now been corrected. Pro users can now successfully create multiple inboxes as intended.

Updated track deletion timeline and improved background processing reliability
We've updated the timeline for automatic track deletion in your inbox from 14 days to 21 days, giving you more time before declined tracks are removed. We've also fixed a backend issue that was preventing some tracks from being properly cleaned up when processing batches.
Impact: Declined tracks now remain available for 21 days instead of 14 days, providing more time to review or recover them
Improved list deletion experience in Inbox
We've fixed an issue where deleting a contact list would briefly show the deleted list before navigating away. Now when you delete a list, you'll be taken directly to your lists overview without seeing any stale data.

Fixed: Save-to-Saved toggle now works for custom lists
We've fixed an issue where the bookmark/save button on custom lists wasn't functioning properly. Now you can successfully save public lists to your Saved lists by clicking the bookmark icon, making it easier to keep track of lists you want to follow.

Fixed list save/unsave sync between Discover and Saved tabs
We fixed an issue where saving or unsaving a list from the Discover tab wasn't immediately reflected in your Saved tab. Now when you save or unsave a list in Discover, your Saved lists will update right away without needing to refresh the page.

Improved Inbox Pause Message Handling
We've fixed an issue that was causing repeated error messages when saving your inbox pause message. The pause message field now has a character limit and displays a helpful character counter so you can see how much space you're using.

Improved Domain Handling and Email Link Updates
We've fixed how your studio's domain is handled across emails and redirects. If you're using a custom domain or the legacy kickandbass subdomain, all email links and redirects will now correctly point to your studio's proper web address. This ensures a seamless experience when clicking links in billing notifications, event reminders, campaign emails, and invitation links.

Fixed workspace switching on desktop app
We fixed an issue where switching workspaces on the desktop app would appear to succeed but then fail to actually switch, leaving you on the original workspace. Now when you switch workspaces on desktop, the app correctly loads and stays on your newly selected workspace.

Better Track Names and Metadata in Rekordbox Downloads
Downloaded tracks now have smarter filenames and embedded metadata that work better with Rekordbox. If a track title is missing artist information, we automatically add the sender's name to the filename so it displays properly in your DJ software. For MP3, AIFF, FLAC, and M4A files, we also embed artist and title metadata so Rekordbox reads the correct information.

Elevate Navigation Now Available in Inbox Sidebar for Beta Users
We've restored the Elevate product link in your inbox sidebar navigation. If your workspace has a linked Elevate store, you'll now see the Elevate option in the 'Other products' section, making it easier to switch between products without leaving your inbox.

We fixed an issue where the Connection Strength metric on contact profiles was displaying outdated cached data instead of current interaction counts. Now when you view a contact, you'll see accurate, up-to-date information about their positive and negative interactions that matches what you see in the Insights charts.

Fixed Desktop App Startup Issue
We've resolved a critical issue that was preventing the desktop application from starting properly. The problem was caused by duplicate library instances in the application bundle, which we've now fixed by ensuring only a single copy of the necessary libraries is loaded.

Improved bulk decline action with better feedback on eligible tracks
The bulk decline feature now properly handles cases where all tracks are excluded by filters (like the 'liked by team member' filter). Instead of allowing you to click decline on an empty list, the action is now blocked with a clear message explaining why no tracks are available, and suggesting how to proceed if needed.
Impact: Prevents confusing errors when trying to decline tracks that have all been filtered out
Desktop App Now Works Offline with Workspace Switching
The desktop app now lets you work offline—open it with no internet and browse your saved data, switch between workspaces, and make changes that sync when you reconnect. You can also prepare a workspace for offline use so you have everything you need on flights or areas without connectivity.

Push Notifications Now Available in Notification Settings
We've added push notifications as a new communication channel alongside in-app and email notifications. Push notifications are disabled by default to respect your preferences, but you can enable them anytime in your notification settings. You'll now have more control over how and when you receive updates about track submissions and reviews.

Mobile App Download Reminder
We've added a helpful reminder banner across key pages in the web app encouraging you to download the Trackstack mobile app. The banner appears on desktop only and can be dismissed with a single click—once dismissed, it won't show up again anywhere in the app. It includes direct links to download the mobile app.

New Contact Insights Tab with Relationship Scoring and Interaction History
We've added a new Insights tab to contact profiles that shows you a comprehensive breakdown of your relationship with each contact. You can now see your relationship score, interaction history over the past 12 months, and key statistics like positive/negative review rates—all visualized in an easy-to-read chart. This helps you quickly understand how productive and positive your relationship with each contact has been.

Fixed adding inboxes to lists from the directory
We've fixed an issue where inboxes selected in the directory weren't being properly added to lists before composing a campaign. Now when you select inboxes and send them to a list, they're reliably saved to that list first. You'll also see helpful notifications letting you know if the operation succeeded or if any inboxes failed to add.

Activity Summary Now Displays at the Top of Track Feedback
We've added a quick-scan activity summary that appears at the top of the activity feed for each submitted track. This summary shows key metrics like plays, comments, downloads, and feedback status at a glance, making it easier to understand engagement with your submission at a quick look.

Preview audio before setting starting points
When uploading tracks or editing starting points in your library, you can now play a preview of the audio directly in the waveform picker. Click the play button to hear the track, and click anywhere on the waveform to jump to that position while listening. This makes it easier to find exactly where you want your track to start.

Sidebar pending counts now update correctly after bulk declining submissions
Fixed an issue where the pending submission count badge in the sidebar wasn't refreshing after you bulk declined multiple submissions. Now when you perform a bulk decline action, the sidebar will immediately show the updated count of pending submissions across your inboxes.

We've fixed a bug that was causing track covers to disappear and show a generic default image when sending campaigns or bulk submissions. Tracks that had custom covers uploaded will now keep them. This was a permanent data issue, not a temporary display problem.

Enhanced channel settings with posting and reaction controls
Studio channels now have a unified settings modal with three tabs—Details, Access, and Permissions—letting you control who can post and react in each channel. You can set posting to allow everyone or team members only, and reactions to everyone, team members only, or disabled entirely.

Emoji Reactions Now Available for Posts and Comments
Posts and comments now support emoji reactions alongside the existing Like button. You can quickly react with a picker showing popular emojis (👍 ❤️ 😂 🔥 🎉 👀), see reaction counts, and toggle your reactions on or off. The heart Like button remains separate so you have full control over both.

Complete Your Profile Checklist & Cover Image Upload for Elevate Stores
Store owners using Elevate now see a helpful 'Complete your Profile' checklist in their sidebar that guides them through 5 essential setup steps. Faster comment posting with instant modal close
When you comment on a post from the feed, the comment box now opens in a quick modal instead of navigating away. The modal closes instantly after you post, while your comment uploads in the background—no more waiting for the "Posting…" screen. We've also added helpful tooltips to the Comment, Save, and React buttons, and improved how embedded players load to keep the feed running smoothly.

Post reactions now update instantly for all viewers across the studio — you'll see reactions appear within 1–2 seconds instead of waiting for a page refresh. Fixed Video Subtitle Translation — Spanish & Other Languages Now Work Correctly
We've repaired the video subtitle translation system that was silently broken since April. Studio members will now see properly translated subtitles in Spanish and other languages, instead of seeing English text mislabeled as other languages. Videos uploaded from now on, as well as previously uploaded videos, will get correct native-language, English, and Spanish subtitle tracks.

Instant Notifications & New Emoji Reactions on Posts
In-app notifications (mentions, reactions, and comments) now arrive instantly instead of with a delay. Posts in the rail feed now use a new emoji reaction picker instead of just a heart like button, letting you react with any emoji and see what others have reacted with.

Control Your Bio Visibility on Your Public Submission Page
You now have the ability to show or hide your bio on your public submission page. A new toggle switch in your inbox settings lets you control whether your bio appears when people view your profile before submitting. By default, if you already have a bio, it will continue to show—you can turn it off anytime.

Get notified when someone reacts to your posts and comments
When a member reacts to your post or comment in Studio, you'll now receive an in-app notification letting you know who reacted and what they reacted with. Clicking the notification takes you directly to the post or comment that was reacted to.

Inbox Bio Formatting Now Displays Correctly Across All Views
