Track downloads now work offline and are more reliable across all devices
You can now download submission tracks even when your internet connection is unstable or unavailable. We've also improved how downloads work across all devices, removing a previous limitation that affected non-desktop users. If a download runs into trouble, the player will automatically try alternative methods to get the file to you.

Elevate store management in the admin dashboard
Admins can now view and manage Elevate stores directly from the dashboard, with a dedicated browse page and individual store detail views. We've also improved the Studios management table with updated columns and row actions to make it easier to find and act on records. Both sections include loading states so the interface stays responsive while data is being fetched.

Tracks now download automatically when shortlisted in Inbox
We've fixed an issue where tracks were not automatically downloading when you shortlisted or supported them in your Inbox. Previously you may have needed to manually trigger downloads after shortlisting, which interrupted your workflow. Tracks now queue and download as expected as soon as you take action on them.
Impact: Shortlisted tracks download automatically without any extra steps
Admin members now appear in the post author picker
We fixed a bug where admin members were missing from the author picker when creating or editing a post. You can now select any admin, owner, coach, or guest coach as the author of a post. Previously, only owners, coaches, and guest coaches appeared in the dropdown.
Impact: Admin members are now available to assign as post authors
Downloaded badge now persists across sessions and moves next to the favourite button
The downloaded indicator on tracks in your Inbox now saves permanently, so it stays visible after you reload the page, switch inboxes, or log back in. It is also visible to everyone in your workspace as soon as any team member downloads a track, making it easier for A&R teams to avoid downloading the same track twice. The badge has also moved to sit directly beside the favourite heart for a tidier, more consistent layout.
Impact: Downloaded badges survive page reloads and new sessions, so you never lose track of what has already been downloaded
Bulk selection, actions, and downloads in Inbox
You can now select multiple tracks in your Inbox at once using checkboxes or by dragging across rows, then act on them all in one go. A floating action bar lets you shortlist, move, decline, or download your selection without touching each track individually. Downloading a single submission saves the file directly, while selecting tracks across multiple submissions packages everything into a timestamped ZIP.

Track titles display correctly on mobile in Inbox
Track titles in your Inbox now display properly on mobile devices instead of overflowing or getting cut off awkwardly. The track row now adjusts to fit smaller screens, with the title expanding to use the available space. On desktop, everything looks exactly as before.

Free users can now unpause a paused inbox
We fixed an issue that prevented free plan users from accessing the settings for a paused inbox. You can now navigate to your inbox settings and unpause your inbox regardless of your plan. This means you are no longer stuck with a paused inbox and no way to turn it back on.

Send Tracks button now visible on mobile in Inbox
The Send Tracks button was missing from the Inbox sidebar when using a mobile device. We've fixed this so the button now appears correctly on mobile, making it easy to send tracks no matter what device you are on.

Track row highlight now respects dark mode on mobile
We fixed a display issue where highlighted track rows in Inbox showed the wrong background color on mobile devices. The selected track now appears correctly whether you are using light or dark mode. Everything should look consistent and polished as you browse your tracks.

Stacks now appear correctly across all inboxes in the shortlist dropdown
We fixed an issue where stacks were not showing up in the shortlist dropdown for certain inboxes. You can now see and select your stacks from the dropdown no matter which inbox you are working in. This ensures a consistent experience when managing your shortlists.

Mobile-friendly track rows in Inbox
You can now browse and manage your incoming tracks comfortably on mobile. Track rows in Inbox have been redesigned with a card layout that fits smaller screens, making everything easier to read and tap. The experience now feels consistent whether you are on desktop or on your phone.

Refreshed inbox submission rows and review UI
We've updated the look and feel of your inbox submission list, making each row cleaner and easier to scan at a glance. Reviewing tracks, taking bulk actions, and filtering your submissions now feels more consistent and polished. You'll also see clearer call-to-action prompts when a submission has been declined.

Elevate search and in-app notifications
You can now search across Elevate directly from the navigation, making it faster to find what you need without manual browsing. We've also added in-app notifications to Elevate so you stay updated on activity without leaving the platform. A fix has also been applied to the Elevate email log to ensure your email history displays correctly.

Songstats connection panel stays visible when opening settings
We've fixed an issue in Inbox where the Songstats connection drawer would be pushed off-screen, making it impossible to see or interact with. You can now open the Songstats integration panel in your settings without it disappearing from view. Connecting your Songstats account works as expected again.

Scrolling fixed for modals on mobile in Inbox
We've fixed an issue where modal windows in Inbox were not scrollable on mobile devices. You can now scroll through all modal content on your phone without getting stuck. This applies to activity and other modal views across the mobile experience.

Smoother scrolling and improved visibility in Studio settings
We've fixed an issue where the Studio detail page would not scroll correctly, making some settings difficult or impossible to reach. The Customize Studio Profile option is now clearly visible when hovering, so you can always find and access it. Navigating through your Studio settings should now feel smooth and reliable.

Dark mode support for Spotlight track detail view
The Spotlight track detail page in Inbox now fully supports dark mode. You'll see consistent, properly themed colours across the activity timeline, track stats, and all detail views when using a dark theme. We also fixed a layout issue where the add button was overflowing its container.

Charts page layout no longer clips or overflows text
We've fixed a display issue on the Charts page in Inbox where track and artist names were getting cut off or overflowing their tiles. The page now uses a responsive one, two, or three column grid so content always fits neatly regardless of your screen size. Everything should look clean and be easy to read without any text spilling outside its container.

Track list in Linkstack bio pages displays correctly
We fixed an issue where tracks on your Linkstack bio page could appear cut off or inconsistently sized. Your track list now displays with uniform row heights so every entry looks clean and complete. No changes needed on your end - your bio page will look right automatically.

Faster activity feed scrolling and filtering in Inbox
We've improved how the activity feed loads and responds in Inbox, especially for accounts with a large number of tracks and interactions. Switching between filters like All, Plays, and Downloads, searching, and scrolling through your history should all feel noticeably snappier. This addresses the sluggishness some power users reported after last week's full-height feed update.

Pending submission tracks load again while offline
We've restored the ability to view your pending submission tracks even when your connection is limited or unavailable. A recent change had prevented these tracks from loading in certain offline conditions, and that restriction has now been removed. Your pending submissions will appear as expected in your Inbox sidebar.

Elevate dark mode polish across dashboard, products, and search
We've improved how Elevate looks in dark mode across the dashboard, product builder, calendar, and search. Text, borders, and interactive elements are now consistently readable and well-contrasted throughout the interface. Several small visual rough edges have also been smoothed out, including scrollbar behaviour and button hover states.
Impact: Elevate is now comfortable to use in dark mode without hard-to-read text or invisible borders
From inbox dropdown now readable in dark mode
We've fixed an issue in Inbox where the 'From' dropdown when sending a track was unreadable in dark mode. The text and options are now properly visible regardless of your display theme. You can select your sender inbox with confidence in any mode.

Inbox stays stable when airplane mode is on
We've fixed an issue where Inbox could attempt to reload your pending submission tracks immediately after toggling airplane mode off or when navigating between screens. Your submission data now stays exactly as it was while you are offline, with no unexpected refreshes or flickering when you come back online. Everything syncs cleanly once a real connection is restored.

Home page headline text fits correctly on Android and iOS phones
We fixed an issue where the main headline on the Trackstack home page would overflow or wrap awkwardly on smaller Android and iOS screens. The headline and subheading now scale smoothly to fit a wide range of phone screen sizes. Everything stays on one clean line as intended.
Impact: Headline text no longer spills off the edge of the screen on narrow phones
Confirm your URL before publishing your Link Stack
You can now set and confirm your Link Stack URL in one clear step before it goes live. A dedicated publish card guides you through choosing your handle and shows you exactly what your link will look like before you publish. This fixes an issue where Link Stack pages could return a 404 because the publish step was easy to miss.
Impact: No more accidental 404s from publishing without a confirmed URL
Activity feed fills the full height of the track detail page
The activity feed on the Uploads track detail page now stretches to fill the available height of your screen instead of stopping at a fixed size. You will see more of your track's history at a glance without unnecessary empty space below the list. On smaller screens the feed still scrolls as expected, keeping a comfortable minimum height.

Activity feed now shows a count for the selected filter
You can now see a running total at the top of your track's activity feed that updates as you switch between filters. For example, switching to Downloads shows how many times the track has been downloaded, while Plays shows your total play count. The count stays hidden until your track has activity data, and correctly handles singular and plural labels.
Impact: Quickly see the total for any filter type without having to count individual entries
Activity feed Instagram column, Download filter, and unified status pills
You can now see the Instagram handle for each inbox directly in your track activity feed, so you know exactly who has engaged with your music. We've added a Download filter to the Notifications page, making it easier to find download-related activity at a glance. Status indicators are now consistent across the activity feed, track detail pages, and your sent list, and clicking a notification title or track name takes you straight to the relevant upload page.

Spotlight now accessible from mobile navigation in Inbox
Spotlight was missing from the mobile navigation drawer in Inbox, making it unreachable on smaller screens. We've fixed this so Spotlight now appears in the mobile menu just as it does on desktop. You can access it from any device without switching to a different view.

Refresh button now works on Archived and Expired pages in Inbox
We've fixed an issue where the refresh button was unresponsive on the Archived and Expired pages in Inbox. You can now reload your archived and expired items at any time using the refresh button, just as you would on other pages. Everything should behave consistently across your Inbox.

Track info display fixed on mobile in Inbox
We've fixed an issue where track details were not displaying correctly on mobile devices in Inbox. You can now view full track information cleanly when browsing your library or reviewing submission details on your phone. Everything lines up and reads as expected regardless of screen size.

Video picker now shows file names and thumbnails when adding lessons
When adding a video to a lesson, the picker was displaying unreadable internal IDs instead of your video's file name, and no thumbnails were shown, making it nearly impossible to find the right clip. You can now see a proper thumbnail, the video's name, its duration, and how long ago it was uploaded for every video in your library. Older videos that were affected by this issue will also display correctly without any action needed on your part.

Course overview screen, video playback fix, and audio post composer
You can now see a course overview screen with a cover image when you first open a course, making it easier to get oriented before diving into lessons. Course lesson videos now play correctly instead of showing a preview error, and admins can access course content and mark lessons without needing to be enrolled. We've also added an audio post composer with tabs for linking, uploading, or recording audio, plus the ability to attach tracks directly from your Inbox.

Fixed double scrollbar on the Compose page
We've fixed an issue in Inbox where the Compose page displayed two scrollbars at the same time, making the layout feel cluttered and harder to use. Scrolling now works as expected, with a single clean scrollable area in the discovery section. The rest of the page stays in place as you browse.

Previous and next arrows added to Inbox compose carousels
You can now navigate discovery carousels in the Inbox compose view using previous and next arrow buttons. This makes it easier to browse through options without needing to scroll horizontally. We've also resolved a scroll issue that could make the compose experience feel awkward on certain screens.

Import existing videos from your library into lessons
You can now attach a video you have already uploaded to your video library directly to a lesson, without needing to upload or record it again. A new 'Use existing' button in the lesson media card opens a picker showing all your ready-to-use videos, complete with titles and durations. You can also import a library video from the post editor when creating other types of content.
Impact: Reuse any previously uploaded video across multiple lessons without re-uploading
Profile avatar now appears in public studio headers
If you were logged in and visited a public studio, your profile avatar was missing from the top corner of the page. We've fixed this so your avatar now appears consistently whether the studio is public or private. Anonymous visitors are unaffected and will still see the header without an avatar.

More control over what happens to channels and posts when deleting a section
You can now choose what happens to your channels and posts when you delete a section in Studio. A step-by-step confirmation lets you either move channels to ungrouped or remove them entirely, and if you delete channels you can decide whether to keep or delete their posts too. An undo option appears for 5 seconds after any deletion so you can reverse the action if you change your mind.
Impact: Avoid accidentally losing channels or posts when removing a section
Feature flags can now be scoped to specific apps, plus a Studio layout fix
You can now target each feature flag to one or more specific Trackstack apps (Inbox, Studio, Elevate, Mastering) instead of having every flag apply everywhere. We've also fixed a bug where Studio team members of a whitelisted studio were not seeing the updated rail layout. Filtering, creating, and editing flags by app is available directly in the admin dashboard.
Impact: Feature flags can be scoped to only the apps they are relevant to, reducing unintended rollout across products
Support dropdown no longer gets cut off near the bottom of the page
The Support dropdown in Inbox now stays fully visible even when a track row sits near the bottom of your screen, opening upward automatically when there is not enough space below. If an inbox has a long list of stacks, that list now scrolls so the rest of the dropdown stays neatly in place. The dropdown also keeps a consistent width so nothing looks cramped or misaligned.

Dark mode background now covers the full Inbox embed page
We fixed a visual issue where the dark mode background only applied to the inner widget on the Inbox embed send page, leaving the surrounding area looking mismatched. The entire page wrapper now correctly uses the dark background when dark mode is active. This gives embedded Inbox forms a consistent, polished appearance in dark environments.

Dark mode support for the embedded submission widget
The Inbox submission widget embedded on external sites now displays correctly in dark mode. Form fields, dropdowns, image uploads, and labels all follow the dark color scheme consistently. If your site uses a dark theme, the widget will now look polished and intentional rather than showing mismatched light backgrounds.

Spotlight preferences now accessible in personal settings
You can now find and update your Spotlight preferences directly from your personal settings page in Inbox. A previous issue that prevented hidden Spotlight options from reappearing has been fixed. Your preferences will now save and display correctly every time.

Download report and Generate artwork now available on mobile in Inbox
Two actions that were missing from the mobile track menu in your Inbox library have been restored. You can now tap the track options menu on mobile to access Download report and Generate artwork, just as you can on desktop. We've also made sure these options appear consistently across all tracks in your uploads library.

Creating a new channel no longer fails with a broken Course option
We've removed the Course option from the channel creation form in Studio's admin sidebar, where it was causing errors on submission. Course channels can still be created using the dedicated Channel Creation flow, which handles all the required fields correctly. This means you can create Messaging, Posts, and Audio channels from the sidebar without hitting a confusing error.
Impact: No more failed channel creation caused by selecting the Course type in the wrong form
Clearer feature flag access controls in admin
We've updated the feature flag admin interface to make access rules easier to understand. When creating a flag, you no longer need to pick a scope upfront -- whitelisting is done after creation across workspaces, inboxes, and studios. The edit and detail views now clearly explain how access works, including when a flag is effectively off because no one has been whitelisted yet.

Inbox Insights pages now display correctly on mobile and tablet
We've fixed layout issues on the Sent Insights and Contacts Insights pages that caused content to overflow or appear broken on smaller screens. Cards, tables, and toolbars now fit properly within the viewport on mobile and tablet devices. You can review your insights on the go without running into clipped or misaligned content.

Track details now visible in dark mode
We fixed an issue in Inbox where track filename and detail information was unreadable when using dark mode. All text in the track info panel, including version history and file details, now displays correctly regardless of your theme. You can review your track information clearly without switching away from dark mode.
Impact: Track filenames and details are easy to read in dark mode
