Studio owners can now choose from different layout styles for their studio pages, including a new Reader layout that is set as the default for newly created studios. A layout picker has been added to the appearance settings, giving you more control over how your studio looks to members.

We've improved how large files (over 50MB) are uploaded to be much more resilient. Instead of restarting the entire upload if something goes wrong, we now retry just the failed part. We've also added safeguards to detect when uploads get stuck and automatically recover, plus better error messages when files change after you select them.

Uploads now show real-time progress in a dedicated tray at the bottom right of your screen, with clear visibility into each phase: uploading to our servers, processing on the backend, and ready to use. If an upload stalls, you'll see a clear error message and can retry immediately. The tray automatically collapses when uploads finish.

We've fixed an issue where failed file uploads would get stuck showing a spinning "Processing" indicator forever. Now when an upload fails, we automatically clean it up so you can try uploading the file again, and if an upload stalls for more than 30 minutes, we'll show you a clear "Upload failed" message instead of continuing to spin.

We've hardened the desktop sync engine with smarter throttling, better power management, and more control over your syncs. The app now pauses transfers when you're on battery (resuming on AC), limits how fast it downloads to prevent system strain, and gives you a clear way to stop all syncs at once. We've also fixed edge cases that could cause transfers to stall or bypass storage limits.

We've optimized how notifications load in the inbox. The notification list now refreshes intelligently based on actual changes rather than constantly polling in the background, which means faster performance and reduced data usage. We've optimized database queries that power your Inbox Insights analytics and desktop sync features. This means faster load times when you're viewing activity timelines, performance reports, and when your desktop client syncs data with our servers.

We fixed an issue where teammates viewing sent track details could see and click on stack page links, which would cause an error. Now only the inbox owner can see and access these links, preventing broken pages and error messages.

After declining a single track, you'll now see a convenient toast notification offering to decline all remaining pending tracks from that sender in one tap. This saves time when you want to quickly process multiple submissions from the same artist without manually declining each one.

When using the 'Liked By' filter in your pending queue, tracks now instantly appear or disappear when you like or unlike them. Previously, the filter would show stale results until you manually refreshed or navigated away. This fix ensures the filtered view stays accurate in real-time.

We've optimized the inbox to handle large pending queues (1,000-3,000+ tracks) much more smoothly. The list now re-renders less frequently when playing tracks, selecting items, or browsing through your pending submissions. This means faster, more responsive interactions with your inbox.

We've fixed several issues in the pending submissions queue that were causing inaccurate badge counts, stale selections after declining tracks, and occasional lost likes. Your inbox sidebar badge will now correctly reflect the actual number of pending tracks, bulk actions won't re-decline already-reviewed items, and liking tracks will work reliably without being reverted by background refreshes.

We've added a new step to the track completion checklist that encourages you to set a starting point for your tracks. When you set a starting point, playback will begin at that moment instead of from the very beginning. This gives you more control over how your tracks are presented to listeners.

We've improved how activity history data is synchronized between our backend and frontend systems. This change ensures that any future updates to activity information will be caught automatically, preventing data from silently disappearing or becoming incorrect. No changes are visible to you right now, but this makes the system more reliable going forward.

You can now manage your sends directly from the Activity table on a track's Insights page. Each inbox row now shows a actions menu where you can forward tracks, cancel a send, or jump straight to the full send detail page — without leaving your Insights view.

We've moved the 'Remember my last submission' setting from buried in Settings into the Composer itself, where you can now see and control it directly. The setting now always appears at the top of your compose form with a clear explanation of what it's doing—whether it's remembering your draft, restoring a previous one, or standing by to save your next submission.

We've fixed a bug in the desktop app where certain features weren't showing up even though they were included in the build. The sidebar sync status, row status indicators, and Local audio library section in settings should now appear correctly on the desktop version.

Your Inbox desktop app can now automatically download and store audio tracks locally on your computer. This means you can listen to your synced tracks even when you're offline, and playback is faster since files are stored right on your device. You control what gets synced and how much disk space it uses through the settings.

We've reorganized how release information is displayed in the deal management system, making it easier to access contract and asset details. We've also made several interface improvements including better visual distinction for selected tabs and more consistent time formatting across release lists.

We've redesigned how you discover related content on individual posts. Instead of a carousel at the top, you'll now see a sidebar showing either posts from the same collection or related content based on tags. Your live streaming hours are now tracked and enforced on a per-billing-period basis. Your plan includes a set number of hours each month (25 hours for MAX/ORGANISATION plans, 10 hours for LIFETIME/MANAGEMENT/VETTED_PRO plans). Once you reach your limit, you won't be able to start new broadcasts until your next billing period, though active streams won't be interrupted mid-broadcast.

We've improved how user information is handled during sign-in sessions. When you complete a one-time password sign-in to download shared files, we no longer ask for your name if we already have it on file. Studio Live broadcasts now update instantly when you go live—no waiting for the status to refresh. We've launched full video product support. Sellers can now upload videos with chapters, buyers see preview clips on storefronts, and purchased videos are accessible with chapter navigation. All video playback is securely signed to protect content.

Sellers can now create and upload sample packs directly to their store with full support for bulk file uploads, preview clips, and reordering. WAV files downloaded from your library now embed metadata (artist name, track title, and cover art) directly into the audio file. This means your DJ software and hardware will automatically recognize and display this information when you load the tracks, instead of just showing the filename. When you're signed into your Trackstack account and open a public share link in the same browser, we'll now recognize you automatically. You won't need to re-enter your details on the download gate — it will open already knowing who you are. Your download will still be recorded normally.
