Bugs and inbox improvements
This update fixes a few issues in the inbox and comment sections, improving the overall user experience.
Improved reliability of pending submission queries
We've improved the reliability of the pending submissions query by ensuring it doesn't run when the required 'inbox ID' is missing. This prevents unexpected errors or behavior.
Multiple fixes for Inbox

Improved Reliability and Performance for Inbox Public Pages
This update improves the reliability and performance of the inbox public pages. Inbox pages will now automatically update when changes are made in the admin panel, and the public pages will load faster.
Monthly public submission limit set to 50
We've added a new monthly limit of 50 public submissions per user. This helps us manage the high volume of incoming submissions and ensure all users have a fair chance to get their content reviewed.
Opening times and submission limits updates
We've made improvements to how we handle opening times and submission limits for inboxes. Users can now see if an inbox is currently open or closed, and will be notified if they try to submit when an inbox is closed. We've also added more flexibility around monthly submission limits.
Duplicate pause message removed from Inbox General Settings
We've removed a duplicate pause message that was appearing on the Inbox General Settings page, providing a cleaner and more focused experience.
Add multi-select filters to Inbox
You can now apply multiple filters at once to the Inbox, such as selecting multiple genres or senders. This makes it easier to narrow down the submissions you're looking for.

Improved feedback template generation
Users can now generate more feedback templates with a single click. The system will automatically generate 3 constructive feedback templates based on the selected category.
New image story generator
You can now create custom image stories to share your submissions with your audience. The new image story generator allows you to easily add text, backgrounds, and artwork to your submission tracks.
Improved sorting of pending submissions
We've improved how pending track submissions are sorted in the inbox, making it easier to find and manage the most recent or highest priority items.
Improved performance and reliability in the Inbox
This update reduces the number of pending tracks loaded initially, improving performance and responsiveness. It also adds a new 'Refresh' button to allow users to fetch more pending tracks as needed.
Improved inbox sorting and user experience
This release includes a fix to improve the sorting and display of tracks in the inbox. Users will now see their pending tracks sorted more intuitively, and the inbox will provide better feedback when no matching tracks are found.
Bug fix: Users can now navigate back from the Inbox Profile page
We have fixed an issue where users were unable to navigate back from the Inbox Profile page. You can now easily return to the previous page or location.
New advanced filtering options for submissions
You can now filter your submission tracks using a variety of advanced options, including genre, track type, sender, and more. This makes it easier to find the content you're looking for.
Revert pagination changes to Pending Submission list
This update reverts recent changes that introduced pagination to the Pending Submission list in the Inbox. The list will now display all pending submissions without pagination.
Paginated Pending Submissions List
The Inbox now features a paginated list of pending submissions, making it easier to browse and manage a large number of pending tracks.
Improved filtering and search in the Inbox
This update introduces several improvements to the filtering and search functionality in the Inbox, making it easier to find and manage your submission tracks.
Reverted submission track review changes
We've reverted some changes to the submission track review process to improve reliability and stability. Users should not notice any differences in how they interact with the submission process.
Improvements to the player, inbox profile, and submission details
This update refines the in-app music player, making it more responsive and informative. The inbox profile and submission track detail views have also been improved to provide users with more relevant information and actions.

Improved sorting for Inbox
The Inbox page now has better sorting options, allowing you to view the newest submissions first or the oldest submissions first.
Improved stack deletion experience
You can now delete stacks that contain submission tracks. When a stack has tracks, you'll be prompted to select a target stack to move the tracks to before deleting the original stack.
Bug Fix: Prevent Inbox Profile Crashes
We've fixed a bug that was causing the Inbox Profile page to crash in certain situations. This should improve the reliability and stability of the Inbox Profile feature.

We've fixed a crash that was occurring in the Inbox Profile section of the app, improving the stability and reliability of this important feature.
Prevent promos from being shortlisted
Promos can no longer be shortlisted to label inboxes. The UI has been updated to disable the stack selection when the submission track type is 'Promo' and the target inbox is a 'Label' type.
Bug fix for submission track stack ID
This update fixes a bug where the submission track stack ID was being stored as an object instead of a string, causing issues with certain features. This has been resolved to ensure a smooth user experience.
Improved multi-select experience in Inbox
We've made improvements to the multi-select functionality in the Inbox, making it easier to select and manage multiple tracks at once.
Improved navigation and settings in the Inbox
We've made it easier to navigate and manage your inbox settings. You can now access workflow, integrations, and advanced settings directly from the sidebar menu.
Improved shortlist experience for curators
Curators can now more easily shortlist tracks by seeing the current inbox and stack they're in, and accessing other stacks within that inbox directly from the shortlist dropdown.
Bug fixes for inbox filtering and rendering
This update addresses a couple of issues with the inbox filtering and rendering functionality. Users should now experience faster and more reliable filtering, as well as improved stability when viewing their inbox.

Improved Public Inbox Password Verification
We've fixed an issue that caused the public inbox password verification process to take longer than necessary. This update should make the verification process faster and more reliable for users.
Password verification improvements for private inboxes
We've improved the password verification process for private inboxes, making it more reliable and user-friendly. Users can now enter their password and have it securely verified by the server before gaining access to their private inbox.
Faster updates to your inbox
We've reduced the cache time for your inbox data, which means it will update more quickly when you make changes, like enabling password protection.
Fixed display issue on public pages
We've fixed a minor issue that was causing the appearance of the featured tracks settings to be slightly off on public pages. This should now look and function correctly.
Download and holding time added to mobile view
The mobile view of the inbox now includes a download button and the time a submission has been held for review. This provides users with more information about the status of their submissions.
Password Protection for Inbox Submissions
This update adds password protection to the Inbox submission form. Users will now need to enter the correct password before they can submit tracks to a password-protected Inbox.
Password protection for private inboxes
You can now access password-protected inboxes to submit your tracks. If an inbox requires a password, you'll see a prompt to enter it before you can continue.
New feature profile settings for Inboxes
We've added a new feature profile model that allows workspace admins to customize matchmaking, filtering, and labeling preferences for their Inbox. This gives them more control over the types of submissions they receive.
Decline Submissions with Feedback
Users can now decline submission tracks and provide feedback directly in the Inbox. This allows for a more seamless review process and better communication with creators.
Fixes issue with inbox reset when changing inboxes
We have fixed a bug that would reset the list of pending items in your inbox whenever you switched between different inboxes. This ensures a smoother and more consistent experience when managing your inbox.

We have introduced a monthly limit of 1,000 submissions for the public inbox feature to help maintain service quality and reliability.
Archived email attachments now available in the inbox
We've made it easier to access email attachments by archiving them to our secure storage and providing downloadable links within the inbox. This means you can now view and download any attachments sent to your Elevate inbox.

Feedback character limit added
We've added a 700-character limit to the feedback box when creating a new feedback template. The character count is now displayed to help users stay within the limit.
Limit description to 500 characters
We've added a character limit of 500 characters for the inbox description. If you try to paste more than 500 characters, you'll now see an error message.
