Custom forms for sessions and mastering—sell on your terms
Store owners can now create custom forms for sessions and mixing/mastering products instead of using standard booking flows. You define the questions your customers answer, set an optional price, and collect exactly what you need. Buyers answer your questions, optionally pay, and you get their responses ready to review.
SEPTEMBER 2026
Fixed calendar connection status display in session creation
We've fixed an issue where the calendar connection prompt would incorrectly appear when creating a new 1-on-1 session, even though your Google Calendar was already connected in Settings. The form now properly recognizes when your calendar is connected and shows the appropriate message without prompting you to reconnect.
Store Approval Required for Rescheduling Confirmed Sessions
When a customer wants to reschedule a confirmed booking, the request now requires store approval instead of moving immediately. Customers can see their requested time while waiting for the store to approve or decline, and can withdraw their request at any time. Store staff receive notifications and can approve, decline (with an optional note), or manage the request from the session details page.
Play source tracks directly in your mastering order inbox
Store owners can now listen to customer source tracks directly within their inbox without downloading files first. Each audio file in a mastering or mixdown order displays an interactive waveform player, and only one track plays at a time for a cleaner listening experience.
Store owners can now properly cancel booked sessions with confirmation
Store owners can now cancel confirmed or scheduled sessions through a confirmation dialog that clearly explains what will happen, including automatic refund eligibility. Previously, session cancellations by store owners were incomplete—the session status would change but the customer wouldn't receive a cancellation email, calendar events wouldn't be removed, and refunds wouldn't be processed. This fix ensures that owner cancellations now go through the same complete process as customer cancellations.
Fixed session booking minimum notice requirement
We've fixed an issue where the minimum notice requirement for session bookings was being applied inconsistently. Previously, the booking calendar might show available slots that would later be rejected during checkout or rescheduling. Now the notice requirement is consistently applied as hours everywhere, ensuring the slots you see are the slots you can actually book.
Fixed rescheduling calendar for orders with multiple items
We've fixed an issue where customers couldn't reschedule their sessions when their order contained multiple items (like a session plus feedback services). The rescheduling calendar now correctly shows available times and displays helpful error messages if something goes wrong.
Fixed session rescheduling display on order confirmation page
When you rescheduled a session, the order confirmation page was still showing your original booking time instead of the new rescheduled time. We've fixed this so the page now correctly displays the updated session time after you reschedule.
Fixed: Customers can now reschedule and cancel sessions directly from their order page
Previously, the reschedule and cancel buttons on your order confirmation page weren't working—you could only manage your sessions through the links in your confirmation email. We've fixed this so you can now reschedule or cancel your sessions directly from the order page itself, with the same 3-day booking window as the email links provide.
JULY 2026
Improved slot booking reliability – eliminated double-booking race condition
We've fixed a rare but critical bug where two customers could both successfully book the last available slot in a session. The issue happened when payments were processed at nearly the same time. Now, one customer gets the slot and the other receives a full refund with a clear explanation—no more conflicting bookings.
FEBRUARY 2026
Booking form input size improved
We've fixed a small issue where the input fields in the booking form were showing up with an unexpected large size. The inputs now use the default size, preserving the existing styling and functionality.
JANUARY 2026
Improved email delivery for session cancellations
We have fixed an issue where session cancellation emails were not always being delivered to the store owner/admin or the customer. This update ensures that both the customer and the store owner/admin receive a notification when a session is cancelled.
Delivery format is now optional for mastering products
The Delivery Format field is no longer required when creating or updating mastering products. Users can now leave this field blank if they don't need to specify a delivery format.
Improved Elevate file downloads
We've updated the Elevate file delivery feature to preserve the original filename when users download deliverables, providing a better user experience. We've also improved the reliability and security of the download process.
Improved phone number input for booking flow
The booking flow now includes a country-aware phone number input field that validates the phone number and prevents users from proceeding with an invalid number.
Prevent rescheduling Elevate sessions to past dates
Store owners can no longer reschedule Elevate sessions to a past date. If they try to do so, they'll see a clear error message preventing them from selecting an invalid date.
Prevent Rescheduling Conflicts for Elevate Sessions
Admins can no longer accidentally reschedule an Elevate session on top of another booked session. The system will now block the reschedule and provide a clear explanation of the conflict, helping admins avoid scheduling issues.
Cancelled sessions now automatically remove Google Calendar events
When you cancel a scheduled session, the corresponding event will now be automatically removed from your Google Calendar if you have the Google Calendar integration connected. This helps keep your calendar up-to-date and prevents any confusion or double bookings after a cancellation.
Clearing booking time selection when navigating back
When you return to the time selection step after viewing the booking details, the previously chosen time slot and any holds will now be automatically cleared. This helps avoid any confusion about the current booking state.
DECEMBER 2025
Ability to Cancel Elevate Sessions
You can now cancel your scheduled Elevate sessions. If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the session, you may not receive an automatic refund. For refund details, check the order confirmation page.
Improvements to session booking
We've made several improvements to the session booking process, making it easier to manage your upcoming sessions. You can now reschedule or cancel your sessions directly from the order confirmation page.
Prevent Overlapping Availability Slots
We've added new functionality to help store owners manage their availability slots more effectively. The system will now automatically detect and prevent saving of overlapping slots, providing clear error messages to help avoid issues.
OCTOBER 2025
Admin and members can now reschedule Elevate sessions
Admins and members of an Elevate workspace can now easily reschedule existing Elevate sessions directly from the session details page. This provides more flexibility to manage scheduling changes.
Improved Elevate Session Booking Experience
We've made improvements to the Elevate session booking process, making it easier for users to reschedule or cancel their bookings. Users can now view available timeslots and reschedule their booking directly from the booking confirmation page.
Improved Elevate mixing and mastering experience
We've made several improvements to the Elevate order and delivery experience, including better tracking of order status, enhanced track metadata, and a smoother download process for completed deliverables.
Improved Elevate file upload delivery
The Elevate feature now provides better visibility and control over file uploads. Users can see the status of their uploaded files, including any that are still processing, to ensure they can successfully deliver completed orders.
New checkout modal for mastering and mixdown products
We've added a new checkout modal that allows customers to easily purchase mastering and mixdown services. The modal guides customers through uploading their audio files, providing details about the project, and completing the checkout process.
