SEPTEMBER 2026
Fixed Discord Connection Issues in Inbox Settings
We've resolved an issue that was preventing users from successfully connecting their Discord communities through the Inbox settings. The problem occurred when the authentication service URL contained a trailing slash, which caused the connection flow to fail. This fix ensures that Discord connections work reliably regardless of how the service URL is configured.
Discord Community Integration for Labels
Labels can now connect their Discord server directly through the platform and automatically invite artists to join their community after signing. This streamlines the onboarding experience by providing a seamless handoff to your Discord community right after contract acceptance.
New Activity Page with Filtering and Export
We've added a new Activity page to your organization hub that shows everything that changed in your organization. You can filter by activity type, who made the change, and which artist workspace it relates to. The page groups events by day and lets you export filtered activity data as CSV.
Improved Organisation Overview with Roster Management
The Organisation Overview page has been redesigned to display a comprehensive roster desk showing artists, their status, submissions, and billing information. You can now see at a glance which artists need attention, view their 30-day activity, manage seats, and access key billing and team information from the overview rail.
New Regions Heatmap in Organization Insights
Organizations can now see a world map visualization showing where the people sending music to their artists are located. The map displays data by sends, supports, or downloads, with a detailed breakdown of the top countries and the genres they're sending. You can view insights for all artists, a single artist, or compare two artists side by side, and export the data as CSV.
Growth Page: Track Your Network's Performance
We've launched a new Growth page that helps you understand how your contact network is evolving. View key metrics about your reach, engagement, and audience composition across different segments—all behind a feature flag for selected workspaces. This gives you insights into which inboxes are most engaged with your tracks and how your network is growing over time.
Artist invitations now work end-to-end
When you receive an invitation email to join an organisation on Trackstack, you can now click the link and complete the entire acceptance flow without leaving the app. Whether you need to sign in, create a new account, choose a workspace, or pay for a seat, the invitation landing page guides you through each step—including showing you exactly what you'll pay (or won't pay if the organisation covers it) before you commit.
Improved artist invitations with flexible payment options and invite management
We've redesigned how you invite artists to your organisation. You can now choose who pays for each artist's seat—either the artist (with a free trial) or your organisation—and see exactly what that costs upfront. You'll also see a list of pending invites with the ability to resend or withdraw them, and track membership status across your roster.
Fixed badge colors in organization hub pages
We fixed an issue where status badges throughout the organization hub were displaying in the wrong colors. Plan badges, role badges, and billing status badges now display with their correct color coding—green for active/owner status, blue for secondary plans, yellow for warnings, and red for cancelled items.
Improved List Name Input Validation
We've fixed how list names are validated when you create or edit lists. Previously, if you tried to create a list with a name that was too long, you'd see a confusing technical error message. Now the input field automatically prevents you from typing beyond the allowed character limit, giving you clear feedback as you type.
AUGUST 2026
Spanish language support for Lists feature
The Lists feature is now fully translated into Spanish, allowing Spanish-speaking users to navigate and manage their curated lists in their preferred language. All interface text, buttons, and messages related to creating, editing, and organizing lists are now available in Spanish.
Build Lists Directly in Discover with Smart Filters
Creating a new list now launches you straight into Discover with pre-filled filters based on genres and other metadata, letting you add DJs as you discover them. List details have been streamlined with inline editing and genre filtering, making it faster to organize and refine your lists.
List Mode Improvements — Better Visual Design and Inline Editing
We've redesigned list mode to be more visually prominent and easier to use. The Done button is now clearly visible, list names and descriptions can be edited directly without a modal, and we've replaced the genre pie chart with actionable stats that filter your inbox list. You'll also see the sidebar automatically collapse in list mode so you have more room to work.
Back button now correctly returns to your Lists tab
Fixed an issue where navigating back from a custom list detail, deleting a list, or accessing your lists from Discover would always take you to the Curated tab instead of the Custom tab you came from. Now the back button remembers which tab you were on and returns you there.
Bug fixes for Inbox and Analytics features
We've fixed missing import issues in the Inbox contacts list and Analytics geography section that were preventing these features from working correctly. These fixes ensure that icons and components display properly and functionality works as intended.
Fixed directory listing toggle and improved download experience
We've fixed an issue that was preventing users from enabling 'Show inbox in directory' in their settings. Additionally, we've improved the download profile modal to appear above the expanded player and work more reliably with popup blockers.
JULY 2026
Improved Save to List Modal - Better Error Handling and Validation
We've fixed several issues in the Save to List modal that make creating new lists more reliable. The modal now validates list names, prevents duplicate submissions, and provides clearer error messages when something goes wrong.
Improved Inbox Privacy and Directory Listing Controls
We've updated how inbox privacy settings and directory listing status work together to give you better control over your inbox visibility. The system now more accurately reflects your inbox's public availability across the platform, with clearer reporting on which inboxes are discoverable and receiving submissions.
Clearer inbox directory visibility controls
The inbox directory listing feature now separates your intent to appear in the directory from the actual visibility status. You'll see a new "Hidden while paused" state that clarifies when your inbox is listed but temporarily hidden because it's paused. The confirmation dialog is simpler and no longer changes your pause or sending settings.
JUNE 2026
Improved Dark Mode Visibility for List Search and Filters
We've fixed visibility issues in the inbox lists search and filter dropdowns when using dark mode. The search box, filter options, and dropdown menus are now clearly visible and easy to read with proper contrast in both light and dark themes.
Improved List Visibility Toggle in Inbox
You can now easily toggle your contact lists between public and private directly from the list detail page. A new toggle option has been added to the list menu, along with updated confirmation dialogs that clearly explain what happens when you change a list's visibility status.
Improved list deletion experience in Inbox
We've fixed an issue where deleting a contact list would briefly show the deleted list before navigating away. Now when you delete a list, you'll be taken directly to your lists overview without seeing any stale data.
Fixed: Save-to-Saved toggle now works for custom lists
We've fixed an issue where the bookmark/save button on custom lists wasn't functioning properly. Now you can successfully save public lists to your Saved lists by clicking the bookmark icon, making it easier to keep track of lists you want to follow.
Connection Strength now shows real-time interaction data
We fixed an issue where the Connection Strength metric on contact profiles was displaying outdated cached data instead of current interaction counts. Now when you view a contact, you'll see accurate, up-to-date information about their positive and negative interactions that matches what you see in the Insights charts.
New Contact Insights Tab with Relationship Scoring and Interaction History
We've added a new Insights tab to contact profiles that shows you a comprehensive breakdown of your relationship with each contact. You can now see your relationship score, interaction history over the past 12 months, and key statistics like positive/negative review rates—all visualized in an easy-to-read chart. This helps you quickly understand how productive and positive your relationship with each contact has been.
Fixed adding inboxes to lists from the directory
We've fixed an issue where inboxes selected in the directory weren't being properly added to lists before composing a campaign. Now when you select inboxes and send them to a list, they're reliably saved to that list first. You'll also see helpful notifications letting you know if the operation succeeded or if any inboxes failed to add.
Improved Relationship Strength Display Consistency
We fixed an issue where relationship strength indicators in your contacts table weren't displaying correctly. The connection strength badge now accurately reflects your interaction history with each contact, matching what you see in detailed contact views.
Multi-select and bulk actions now available for inbox lists
You can now select multiple inboxes at once from your curated inbox lists using checkboxes or drag-to-select. A floating action bar appears when items are selected, letting you quickly add them to another list, send messages to multiple inboxes, or remove them from the current list.
MAY 2026
Smarter bulk selection and redesigned Lists dropdown in Inbox
You can now type a number directly into the bulk selection bar to instantly select the first N inboxes in your filtered results, instead of manually clicking through them one by one. Selecting inboxes in bulk is also easier now since you can click or drag anywhere on a card, not just the checkbox. The Lists dropdown has been redesigned so existing lists appear first and creating a new list happens inline without any extra dialogs, and removing an inbox from a list inside a list page is now handled cleanly through a single options menu.
APRIL 2026
Improved handling of contact country values
This update addresses an issue where some older contact records may store the full country name instead of the ISO 2-letter country code. This could cause errors when displaying the country flag and name. The update ensures that both country names and ISO codes are handled safely, providing a consistent experience for users.
Improved list deletion experience
We've removed the duplicate native confirmation dialog when deleting a list, providing a smoother and more consistent user experience.

Improved Curated Smart Lists
The catalog of curated smart lists has been updated, improving the accuracy and relevance of the recommendations users see across the platform.
Percentage Range Improvements
We've made improvements to how we display percentage growth for your contact metrics. We now cap extreme growth percentages at 100% for better readability, and show absolute growth instead when the base is very small.
