Redesigned Profile Settings & Featured Tracks Management
We've completely redesigned how you manage your profile. Links are now edited in one place with automatic platform detection, inbox type changes ask for confirmation to show their impact, and featured tracks can be reordered by dragging with individual download controls. Your public profile page now displays a banner, shows featured tracks prominently, and lets you edit everything inline with a cleaner interface.
Fixed login form freezing when pressing Enter with Spanish browser language
We fixed an issue where users with Spanish as their browser language would see the login page switch to Spanish when pressing Enter to submit the login form, instead of actually logging in. The form now works correctly on the first Enter press.
Team Section Improvements: Better Keyboard Navigation and Locale-Independent CSV Export
We've polished the Team section with three quality-of-life improvements. The date range filter buttons now work smoothly with keyboard navigation, allowing you to move between options and maintain focus naturally. CSV exports now use consistent, language-neutral formatting so your data looks the same regardless of your UI language. Finally, when updating who completed an order, your selection now stays put while we save the change, instead of snapping back unexpectedly.
Fixed dark mode visibility for workspace plan labels
We've fixed an issue where workspace plan labels were difficult to read in dark mode. The labels now use appropriate colors for both light and dark themes, making them clearly visible regardless of your preference. We also improved the confirmation dialog when publishing posts to use a more consistent interface.
Fixed authentication cookie issues that could cause unexpected logouts
We've fixed a bug where authentication cookies could become duplicated across different pages in your workspace, which sometimes caused you to be unexpectedly logged out. This issue occurred when you navigated between different areas of the app—each section was creating its own copy of the authentication cookie instead of using a single shared one. Now all authentication cookies are properly consolidated in one location, making your login sessions more stable and reliable.
Upload Featured Tracks Directly from Your Profile
We've improved the track uploading experience in your profile. You can now upload and manage featured tracks directly from the track picker dialog, with better image handling for portrait-oriented album art. Navigation in the Pages section has also been streamlined for easier access.
Billing Links in Emails Now Stay Valid Longer
We've fixed an issue where the payment link in dunning emails (emails about payment issues) would stop working after a few hours. The button now links directly to your workspace's billing page instead of a temporary session link, so it will work whenever you click it—even if you open the email days later.
Billing Admins can now access organization management from any workspace
Fixed an issue where Billing Admins couldn't see the 'Manage Organization' option unless they were actively using a workspace that belonged to the organization. Now Billing Admins and organization owners can access organization management from any of their workspaces, making it easier to manage organizations even when working from personal or other workspace accounts.
Spotify Artist URLs from Other Countries Now Work Correctly
We've fixed an issue where Spotify artist URLs from international locations (like Spotify Germany, Brazil, etc.) weren't being recognized by our system. These URLs contain a language code in the path (like `intl-de` or `intl-pt-BR`) that our parser was rejecting. Now you can paste Spotify artist links from anywhere in the world and they'll work perfectly.
Fixed modal dialog interaction issue during plan limit checks
We've fixed an issue where the Songstats claim modal could appear at the same time as the plan limit enforcement modal, making it difficult to interact with either dialog. Now, the Songstats modal will automatically hide while the plan limit enforcement check is active, ensuring a smoother user experience.

Improved Profile Picture Upload Experience
We've fixed an issue that prevented users from uploading large profile pictures and improved the error messages when uploads fail. Now when you try to upload an image that's too large, you'll see a clear, friendly message instead of a technical error. We've also made the upload process more reliable by optimizing how images are processed.
Faster Username Availability Checks During Profile Setup
We've improved how the system checks whether a username is available when you're creating or editing your profile. Previously, checking availability while typing could feel slow due to too many requests being sent at once. Now the system waits briefly after you stop typing before checking, making the experience feel much more responsive.
Resend OTP Code Button Added to Studio Login
Studio login now includes a "Resend code" button on the OTP verification step, so you can request a new verification code if your email is delayed or your code expires. The button automatically becomes available again after 30 seconds. We've also fixed issues where login could fail silently or get stuck if the initial code send encountered an error.
Artist-Paid Seat Payment Links and Management
Organizations can now request artists to pay for their own seats by sending them a payment link. Artists receive an email with a dedicated link to set up payment, and the organization's bill adjusts automatically once payment is complete. Organizations can resend links, cancel the payment request, and track the status of pending payments directly from the Artists page.
New Organisation Settings Page with Transfer & Delete Controls
The organisation settings page has been completely redesigned with three main sections: General (organisation name, billing email, and logo), New Artists (default payment method for newly added artists), and Ownership (transfer ownership to another team member or delete the organisation). Organisation owners can now manage these settings directly from one dedicated page, with clear information about what happens when changes are made.
Redesigned Team Page with Enhanced Member Management
We've completely redesigned the Team page with a new members table, role management menu, and improved visibility into team member access levels. Organization owners and billing admins can now easily manage team members, view their access to artists, see when they were last active, and remove members—all from a single, cleaner interface.
Manage artist seat payments and send payment reminders
Organizations can now change which party pays for an artist's seat directly from the artists list, and send payment reminders to artists with overdue payments. These actions help streamline seat management and improve payment collection for artist-paid seats.
Fixed identity recognition on shared pages
We fixed a bug that prevented the app from recognizing when you were signed in while viewing shared pages. Previously, even if you were logged in, shared pages wouldn't know it. Now when you visit a shared page, the app will correctly recognize your signed-in status.
Fixed Sign In Page Blank Screen Issue
We've fixed an issue where the Sign In page would appear blank when accessed through certain links. Users clicking 'Sign In' from our website or using old bookmarks will now be properly redirected to the correct login page and can sign in without any problems.
Clearer organisation billing overview and member management
Your organisation hub now shows exactly how many seats are artist-paid versus organisation-paid, with clearer billing information. You can also manage team member roles (Owner, Billing admin, Member) directly from the Members tab, and the system highlights important issues like pending invitations and members leaving soon.
Suru Partner Perk Now Available
We've added a new partner perk from Suru, offering exclusive discounts on sample packs and sounds. Eligible members will see the Suru offer highlighted across multiple locations in the app, including their inbox profile and settings, with a promo code ready to copy and use.
Improved Organization Cancellation and Wind-Down Process
When an organization's subscription ends, members now go through a smoother departure process instead of an immediate removal. Organization owners will see a new 'Wind down organization' control in settings for a more intentional shutdown. Artists' paid seats are unaffected and continue on their own billing cycle.
Workspace ownership transfer when leaving an organization
When an organization staff member who owns a workspace leaves the organization, they can now either transfer ownership to an artist via email or delete the workspace. This ensures workspaces never become ownerless when staff depart. Organization managers receive notifications about deletions, and deleted workspaces can be restored by administrators.
Payment Protection: Workspace Paused Until Outstanding Seat Payment is Resolved
When an organization seat payment fails, you'll now see a clear payment screen instead of encountering errors throughout the app. The screen shows exactly what's owed, the deadline to pay, and provides direct options to update your payment method or retry the payment. Your workspace remains readable but paused—public links keep working and senders won't notice any interruption.
Billing page now shows trial end date and payment prompt for trialing workspaces
If your workspace is on a Pro or Max trial, the billing page now clearly shows when your trial ends and prompts you to add a payment card before that date. Without a card on file, your workspace will automatically drop to the Free plan when the trial expires.

New Profile Switcher for Managing Multiple Inboxes
We've added a new profile switcher to the sidebar that makes it easier to manage multiple inboxes. Instead of seeing a separate row for each inbox, you now have a dedicated switcher at the top of your navigation that lets you quickly switch between profiles. We've also simplified navigation URLs throughout the app for a cleaner experience.
Organizations can now request to manage existing workspaces
Organizations can now search for and request to manage workspaces that already exist on Trackstack, rather than only being able to invite new users. Workspace owners receive an in-app notification and can approve or decline the request, with the option to ask for clarification if needed.
Streamlined Profile Download for Signed-In Users
We fixed an issue where signed-in users downloading their profile would be unnecessarily asked to verify their email address again through an OTP challenge. Now, if you're already signed in and confirming your own email, the download process will proceed directly without the extra verification step.
Smoother onboarding experience with improved sign-up flow
We've fixed an issue where newly signed-up users would briefly see the inbox page before being redirected to complete their onboarding. Now the app waits until your account is fully set up before showing any workspace pages, providing a seamless onboarding experience without any visual jumping or flashing.
Seamless login across Trackstack services — no second verification code needed
When you verify your email on tstack.link and then visit my.trackstack.app, you'll no longer be asked to enter a second verification code. Your identity carries over securely between the two services, so you can access your inbox immediately after verification.
Fixed inbox access link after workspace invitation
When you receive an invitation to join a workspace, you'll now be taken directly to your inbox instead of a sign-up landing page. We've also updated the button text from 'Go to Trackstack' to 'Open my inbox' to make it clearer what happens when you click it.
Create Your Free Trackstack Account When Downloading
When downloading through a shared link, you'll now see an option to create your free Trackstack inbox at the same time. Simply check the box during download, and you'll get a free account set up automatically—no extra steps needed. You can uncheck it if you prefer to download without creating an account.
SoundCloud Partner Perk Now Live with Discount Code
SoundCloud is now available as a live partner perk in your Settings with the exclusive discount code TSSC3 for 2 months free of Artist Pro. We've also improved how we display partner offers—link-only perks now clearly show 'No code needed · applied at checkout' so you know exactly how to redeem each offer.
Studio tier changes and downgrade preview
Your studio tier now automatically follows your Trackstack plan (Free, Pro, or Max). When downgrading your plan, you'll see exactly how it affects your studios—including member limits, video counts, and available features—before confirming the change. Existing content stays intact; limits only apply to new additions.
Studio Plan Limits Now Enforced
We've implemented plan-based limits for Studio features to ensure fair usage across Free, Pro, and Max tiers. Depending on your plan, you'll now see limits on the number of videos, team members, resources, and feedback coaches you can add to your studio. Existing content remains accessible even after downgrading.

Billing page now respects your studio's theme colors
Fixed a display issue where the Billing & Subscription page wasn't properly using your studio's theme colors and design system. The page now correctly displays in both light and dark modes, matching the rest of your studio interface. This ensures a consistent, cohesive visual experience across your entire account management area.
Sign-in experience improvements for shared downloads and guest accounts
We've improved how user information is handled during sign-in sessions. When you complete a one-time password sign-in to download shared files, we no longer ask for your name if we already have it on file. Guest users who sign up through share links will also have their captured name available immediately.
Fixed sign-in loop when downloading with one-time code verification
We've fixed a critical issue where the download sign-in process would get stuck in a loop, repeatedly asking for your email address even after you entered the correct code. Now when you sign in with a one-time code, the process works smoothly from start to finish, and you'll see clear error messages if anything goes wrong.
Fixed error messages on account pages for logged-out users
We fixed an issue where logged-out visitors accessing account pages (Billing, Plans, and Profile) would see error messages instead of being smoothly redirected to login. Now, these pages properly redirect you to the login page without any errors in the background.
Improved inbox name validation
We've added comprehensive validation to prevent inboxes from being created or updated with empty names. This fixes a bug that could occur during workspace setup where blank inbox names were occasionally saved, and ensures the system consistently rejects invalid names across all creation and update paths.

Fixed country selection for Stripe Connect onboarding
We've fixed an issue where store owners could select countries that Stripe Connect doesn't support (like Turkey) during onboarding, which would result in confusing errors. Now the system properly prevents you from selecting unsupported countries and added support for Brazil and Malaysia, which Stripe now supports.
Fixed workspace onboarding getting stuck and improved handle availability checks
We've fixed two critical issues that were preventing users from completing workspace onboarding. First, onboarding would sometimes loop back to the start even after completion—this is now resolved. Second, the handle/slug availability checker wasn't working correctly during setup—it now properly validates your chosen inbox handle in real time.
Improved Payment Method Management
We've improved how payment methods are managed in your billing settings. The payment method setup, default selection, and removal processes are now more reliable and secure. These changes ensure your payment information is handled safely and consistently across the platform.
Fixed issue preventing access after workspace deletion
We've resolved a critical issue where users could become permanently locked out of the application after a workspace was deleted. Previously, the system would try to restore access to the deleted workspace, leaving users stuck on a loading screen with no way to recover. Now, the system automatically assigns users to an available workspace or creates a new one, ensuring uninterrupted access.
Improved Onboarding: Better Dropdown Display and Video Embedding
We've fixed issues in the onboarding experience that prevented dropdown options from displaying properly and made it easier to embed videos. You can now paste video embed codes directly, and dropdown menus will show their options correctly during setup.
Fixed default payment method not displaying correctly for free accounts
We've fixed an issue where your default payment method wasn't being displayed correctly in the billing section if you don't have an active subscription. When you set a default card, it will now properly show as your default payment method in the Studio Web interface.
Improved downgrade wizard track selection and error messaging
We've fixed the downgrade wizard to require you to select the exact number of tracks needed before continuing. You'll now see helpful guidance showing how many more tracks to select, and if something goes wrong, you'll get clear error messages instead of the button appearing to do nothing.
Fixed photo upload dialog appearing behind settings
We've fixed an issue where the photo crop dialog would appear behind the settings modal when uploading a profile picture, making it impossible to interact with. The crop dialog now properly displays on top of all other windows so you can see and use it immediately.
Improved Genre Selection Loading Experience in Onboarding
We've improved the genre preferences step during onboarding to better communicate what's happening. You'll now see clear loading indicators, error messages, and empty state messages instead of a blank screen while genres are being fetched.
