Dropdown menu improvements
We've made some improvements to the dropdown menu in the account section, making it more reliable and responsive.
Upgrade your Inbox plan with monthly or yearly billing
You can now choose between monthly or yearly billing for your Inbox Pro plan. The yearly plan offers a discounted rate, making it more affordable in the long run.
Expired Black Friday promotions removed
We've removed the Black Friday banner and 30% off discount across the website, so pricing will now display the regular, non-promotional rates.

Improved Trackstack Inbox plans and hero image
We've updated the Trackstack Inbox plans to include more features and increased limits. The hero image on the website has also been updated.
New Black Friday Deal
We've introduced a new Black Friday deal that offers 30% off monthly and annual subscriptions until December 1st. This limited-time offer provides users with additional savings on our Pro plan.
New password visibility toggle
You can now toggle the visibility of your password when entering it, making it easier to ensure you're typing the correct password.

Improved Onboarding Experience
We've made improvements to the onboarding experience for new users, making it easier to get started with the Inbox feature.
Improved email support functionality
We've made it easier to contact our support team directly from the product. Users can now quickly send an email with pre-filled details about their workspace and the type of request.
Added Stripe Subscription Management
We've added the ability to create and manage Stripe subscriptions for new workspaces. This allows users to easily sign up for a paid plan and start using our premium features.
Fixed VIP build issues
We've resolved some issues that were causing problems with the VIP web application. Users should now be able to access the VIP features without any interruptions.
New VIP landing experience
Trackstack has launched a new portal where users can claim their lifetime VIP membership. This includes code-gated access, a welcome message, and the ability to provide their email address to activate the membership.
Add past-due catch-up payment flow to billing page
You can now pay outstanding invoices directly from the billing page, making it easier to catch up on past-due payments.
Improved Change Plan Handling
We've fixed an issue that prevented users from changing their subscription plan in certain situations. You can now more easily upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan as needed.
Improved subscription reactivation experience
We've fixed an issue that caused problems when reactivating cancelled subscriptions. Users can now more reliably restart their subscription without errors.
Simplified email change in account settings
You can now easily change your email address in your account settings. This allows you to update your login email without having to contact support.
Fixed personal information UI issues
We've fixed a bug that was causing issues with the personal information UI in the Inbox web app. This should improve the overall user experience when viewing and managing your personal information.
Fixed mobile view of user profiles
We've fixed an issue that caused the user profile page to display incorrectly on mobile devices. The profile header and avatar are now properly sized and displayed for a better mobile experience.
New email verification option
You can now request email verification for your account, which helps build trust and improve visibility with your contacts.
Limit on professional inboxes
We've updated the permissions for INBOX_PROFESSIONAL workspaces to limit the number of inboxes to two. This change helps ensure your workspace stays organized and focused.
Fixed issue with updating name multiple times
We've fixed a bug that was preventing users from updating their name more than once in the Account Settings page.
Improved email update handling
We've fixed an issue where updating your email address could cause problems. You can now update your email with confidence, and the process has been streamlined.
Improved Workspace Creation for Existing Stripe Customers
We've improved the workspace creation process to better handle existing Stripe customers. Now, when creating a new workspace, the system will automatically detect if the user already has a Stripe customer account and allow them to reuse it, streamlining the setup experience.

We've fixed a bug that was preventing users from updating their email address in their account settings.
Avatar height fix
We've fixed an issue that was causing avatar images to appear too large in the workspace switcher dropdown.
Optimistic profile link updates
You can now update your social media links on your profile page with instant feedback, without waiting for the changes to be saved.
Improved handling of Stripe subscriptions
We've made improvements to how Stripe subscriptions are created for our customers. This ensures a smoother and more reliable subscription experience.
Improved Stripe Plan Mapping
We've fixed an issue where the mapping between Stripe plans and our internal plan IDs was not always accurate. This ensures that your Workspace plan is correctly updated when you change your Stripe subscription.
Added cancel button to Songstats disconnect confirmation
We've added a cancel button to the disconnect confirmation popup for Songstats, so users can easily dismiss the popup if they don't want to disconnect.
New workspace invite experience
We've updated the process for inviting users to a new workspace. The new experience includes an automated email with a login link, making it easier for invited users to get started.
Improved Workspace Sync and Stripe Integration
This update improves the synchronization of workspace data and enhances the integration with Stripe for a smoother payment experience. Users will see more reliable and up-to-date information about their workspace and payment details.
Sync workspace data with subscription refresh triggers
This update keeps your workspace data in sync with the latest information from your Stripe subscription. When you close subscription-related modals, your billing data will now update immediately.
Revert workspace add-ons and submission credits feature
This update reverts a recent change that exposed workspace add-ons and submission credits information to users. The original feature has been removed, and this change restores the previous behavior.
Revert submission top-up handling changes
We have reverted recent changes to how submission top-ups are consumed when submissions exceed the base capacity. This change should improve the reliability and stability of the submission process.
Improved submission handling for paid plans
The system will now automatically consume your submission top-ups when your account's monthly submission limit is exceeded, ensuring your campaigns can continue running without interruption.
Improved workspace limits with add-ons
This update enhances how workspace limits are calculated, taking into account any add-ons that have been purchased. This ensures users have access to the full capabilities of their workspace plan and any additional features they've enabled.
New Workspace Add-ons and Submission Top Ups
You can now add optional add-ons to your workspace, such as extra inboxes or seats. You can also purchase submission top ups to increase the number of submissions you can make.
Improved Stripe Integration
We've made improvements to how our application integrates with Stripe to manage customer subscriptions and payments. This will provide a more reliable and streamlined experience for our users.
Bug fix for missing quote in workspace ID list
We've fixed a bug where a missing quote in a list of workspace IDs was causing an issue. This should improve the reliability of the workspace functionality.
Improved team member invitations
We've added a tooltip to the 'Invite' button in the Team Members settings, providing users with more information about the maximum number of team members they can invite.
Improved Stripe checkout experience
We've updated our Stripe checkout process to prioritize monthly recurring prices, making it easier for you to select the best pricing option.
Added Churnkey Cancellation Webhook
We've added a new integration with Churnkey to handle subscription cancellations. When a user cancels their subscription, they'll now receive a personalized email from our team to understand their reasons and see if there's anything we can do to improve their experience.

We've added a new cancellation workflow that sends a personalized email to users when they cancel their Trackstack subscription, providing an opportunity for feedback and follow-up.
Fixed scrolling issue in account menu

Manage your team in the Studio Admin
